eZ-Rotate™
& eZ-RotatePlus™
Rotating Machinery Vibration Analysis
Software for the ZonicBook™
and WaveBook™.
eZ-Rotate software provides comprehensive
post-acquisition analysis of vibration
data acquired from rotating machinery
using IOtech’s ZonicBook™ and WaveBook™
measurement hardware. eZ-Rotate makes
it easy to view, analyze, and create reports
on previously recorded data, including
computed order tracking, waterfall graphs,
contour plotting, and much more.
eZ-Rotate works seamlessly with Microsoft
Office® documents, making it easy to copy
plots and data directly into reports using
Word® or Excel®. eZ-RotatePlus offers
all of the features of eZ-Rotate, plus
advanced capabilities such as Cepstrum
analysis, sideband cursors, bearing cursors,
gear box and planetary gearbox cursors,
and re-sampling to the angle domain to
make sense of large families of harmonics
such as those found in flawed bearings.
Torsional analysis supports encoders and
counters for non-contact measurements.

eZ-TOMAS™
Machine Vibration Monitoring Software
for the ZonicBook™
and WaveBook™.
eZ-TOMAS is the economical solution to
rotating machinery monitoring and analysis.
eZ-TOMAS will monitor your machines on
a 24 hour basis. Data is continuously
acquired and limit checked. eZ-TOMAS retains
the change in vibration condition and
quickly provides you with the information
you need to make critical decisions. eZ-TOMAS
can be quickly setup to measure rotating
machinery vibration data. Machine configuration
and acquisition information can be copied
from templates or copied from existing
projects. Accessing rotating machinery
displays are as simple as double-clicking
on the desired input channel. eZ-TOMAS
checks vibration data at both alert and
alarm levels. Alarm levels can either
be set by you; or eZ-TOMAS can automatically
calculate alarm levels based on past machine
operation. Changes in vibration levels
indicate changes in a machine’s operating
condition, which are warning signs of
potential machine failure.

DASYLab®
Icon-Based Data Acquisition, Graphics,
Control, and Analysis Software.
DASYLab® picks up where DaqView™
and WaveView™
leave off, letting you interactively develop
PC-based data acquisition applications
by simply attaching functional icons.
DASYLab offers real-time analysis, control,
and the ability to create custom graphical
user interfaces (GUIs). What’s more, in
contrast to other graphical programming
environments, which can require weeks
of training to master, DASYLab has a very
short user-learning curve. Many applications
can be configured in a few minutes, rather
than days or weeks.

 |
eZ-Balance™
Portable Machine Balancing Software for
the ZonicBook™ and
WaveBook™.
Balance your rotating machinery with
eZ-Balance and the ZonicBook/618E. The
combination of the ZonicBook/618E with
eZ-Balance provides a powerful system
for multi-plane (up to 7 planes) balancing
applications. eZ-Balance computes the
optimal balance weights and their locations,
based on vibration data collected from
the ZonicBook/618E. The data is displayed
in a convenient Polar plot that indicates
the magnitude and phase of the unbalance
as well as time and spectrum data.

|
 |
eZ-FrequencyView™

domain display and analysis for just about
any frequency domain application. Both
single channel and cross channels are
supported as well as function displays
for spectrum, auto spectrum, PSD, and
strip chart. For sound and acoustical
applications, both full and 1/3 octaves
are supported.

|
 |
eZ-TimeView™
Post-Acquisition Analysis Software.
Like eZ-PostView™, eZ-TimeView™ is supported
with all IOtech data acquisition View
packages.
Acquired data can be played back in real-time
or in single sampled data point increments.
The strip chart feature allows easy to
use data scrolling as well as scaling
of the data by the user. Areas of interest
can also be zoomed in via mouse movement
on the time axis or by a zoom box which
allows zooming in on both the time and
the magnitude axis simultaneously. Searches
can be performed on min or max peak data.
eZ-TimeView also includes powerful calculation
and statistics.

eZ-NDT™
Resonant Inspection System for the ZonicBook™.
Product quality can be measured and recorded
using eZ-NDT.
- Provides inspection of metal, ceramic,
and hard plastic parts
- Removes the ambiguity that is common
in other inspection systems
- Requires no parts preparation, making
the test fast and inexpensive
- Tests parts in less than 2 seconds
- Quantifies and documents the first
natural frequency for end-user comparison
to final assembly resonant frequencies
IOtech’s eZ-NDT (non-destructive test)
systems provide a fast and inexpensive
method of 100% inspection of production
parts, such as powder metal, ceramics,
and composites. eZ-NDT uses acoustic analysis
to identify part variations that are caused
by process inconsistencies and defects.
eZ-NDT systems apply acoustic energy to
your part, monitor its acoustic response,
and analyze its resonant frequencies.
It then compares the results to the acoustic
signature of a known-good part stored
in its library. The test takes less than
two seconds and requires no special tooling,
dyes, chemicals, cleaning, magnetization,
or expensive and time consuming visual
inspection equipment.
