A 40-pin extended (35.56mm) DIL-40 board based on Atmel AVR ATmega16 microcontroller. The board contains a 16Kbytes flash EEPROM, 1024 bytes SRAM, 512 bytes EEPROM, 8Kbytes serial ferromagnetic RAM, resonator, serial and SPI interface connectors.
The board has 30 I/O pins. Each I/O pin is capable of delivering output current of up to 20mA.
