A 48-pin extended DIL-48 board based on ATmega128 microcontroller. The board contains a 128 Kbytes Flash EEPROM, 4+32 Kbyte bytes SRAM, 4K byte EEPROM, serial EEPROM or ferromagnetic RAM, 16 MHz resonator, two serial, JTAG, I2C, SPI and ISP interface.

A 40-pin extended DIL-40 board based on ATmega16 microcontroller. The board contains a 16 Kbytes Flash EEPROM, 1024 bytes SRAM, 512 byte EEPROM, serial EEPROM or ferromagnetic RAM, 16 MHz resonator, serial, JTAG, I2C, SPI and ISP interface.

The board utilises the Atmel AVR ATMEGA16 microcontroller with 16K of In-System Flash Memory, running at 16Mhz, allowing up to 8 MIPS (million-instructions-per-second). All power supply components and main crystal is in place for the microcontroller. Connectors are provided for RS232, power and all I/O pins, via standard connections and IDC connectors.

BieneControl with 1 or 2 Solid State Relay.
