BieneControlMicro16: A 40-pin extended (35.56mm) DIL-40 board based on Atmel AVR ATmega16 microcontroller. The board contains a 16 Kbytes Flash EEPROM, 1024 bytes SRAM, 512 bytes EEPROM, 8Kbytes serial ferromagnetic RAM, resonator, serial and SPI interface connectors. The board has 30 I/O pins. Each I/O pin is capable of delivering output current of up to 20mA.

BieneControlMicro128: A 48-pin extended (35.56mm) DIL-48 board based on Atmel AVR ATmega128 microcontroller. The board contains a 128 Kbytes Flash EEPROM, 4+32 Kbytes SRAM, 4 Kbytes EEPROM, 8 Kbytes serial ferromagnetic RAM, resonator, two serial and SPI interface connectors. The board has 28 I/O pins. Each I/O pin is capable of delivering output current of up to 20mA.
